Declaration
To all concerned,
China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereafter collectively referred to as “CNHTC”), with regards to the commercial activities conducted by certain persons, on behalf of Jinan Zhanbang Trading Co., Ltd., in the name of CNHTC or CNHTC’s dealer without any authorization of CNHTC, hereby declare as follow:
1. Jinan Zhanbang Trading Co., Ltd. does not belong to any subsidiary or branch of CNHTC, and there is no any investment or shareholding relationship between CNHTC and it. CNHTC will not take any legal responsibility for the business this company conducts in the name of CNHTC without the authorization of CNHTC .
2. CNHTC never authorizes Jinan Zhanbang Trading Co., Ltd. to distribute any of our products in overseas markets. CNHTC will not take any legal responsibility for the business this company conducts in the name of CNHTC and dealer of CNHTC. At the same time we reserve the right to sue this company.
